Again, hand in hand, VATITA and CrovACC are joining forces to create wonderful event. If You remember ADR II - World Cup Warm-up, then You must remember what it was like and You know what to expect... ADR 5 will start in late afternoon, this SUNDAY, October 12th at 19:00 Central European Time... As Adriatic has earned it's reputation, we feel there is no need for any aditional special infos. as always. there is an EVENT WEBSITE at: http://www.adriatic.doesit.info/ האירוע השני הוא אירוע של חטיבת גרמניה שבו הם הולכים לפתוח את מינכן עם כל העמדות כמו במציאות לערב אחד להלן ההודעה הרשמית עם כל הפרטים: Imagine germany´s second-largest airport with 2 independent parallel runways. Combine it with the world´s largest public festival, the famous Munich "Oktoberfest", also called "Die Wies´n". Think about nealry 6 million visitors which want to get transported back to their home countries. Sum it all up and you get the "VACC-SAG Oktoberfest Fly-In" at Munich´s "Franz-Josef-Strauss Airport" EDDM. VACC-SAG´s Munich FIR has put together an excellent controller team to staff nealy all relevant ATC positions which exist on the real airport. Look forward to get in contact with Delivery, Apron, 2 Ground Controllers, 2 Tower´s, 2 Approach Controllers, the Director and not less than 3 enroute radar controllers. These 12 positions will do everything to turn this event into a truely magnificent experience. The "VACC-SAG Octoberfest Fly-In" will take place at the VATSIM network at October 18th, starting at 1800Z and will last upt to four hours. The Fly-In-Team has prepared an excellent website for this evening (http://octoberfest.munich-fir.org), have a look expecially at the procedures description and the sample flights. Munich uses true parallel approaches to it´s two runways, be sure you know what to do when approach final :-). To prepare for your flight visit the SAG Flightplan Center (http://fpc.vacc-sag.org) where more than 130 rotings from and to Munich are ready to be flown. So get ready to visit Bavaria´s capital - prepare for October 18th, 1800Z! We´ll meet in the skies!
