שלום לכולם,

בפורום ואטסים העולמי פירסמו (ב 15 ביולי) הודעה על תוספת לקוד ההתנהגות ברשת, התוספת מתייחסת לטייסים חדשים, ובעצם מאפשרת לפקח (בדרגת C1 ומעלה) לנתק טייס שלא יודע לבצע פעולות הטסה בסיסיות (כפי שמפורט מטה), וזאת לאחר שהוא קיבל 30 ימי חסד מהרשת.

מודגש כי התוספת עדיין לא פעילה, ברגע שזה יופעל אני מאמין שישלח מייל לכל החברים ברשת.

The Founders have approved a new section to the CoC:

11. A pilot who after direct observation by a Controller (with a minimum rating of C1) and/or a Supervisor has demonstrated a lack of basic piloting skills or disrupts online activities and upsets the enjoyment of the VATSIM network by other on-line members may be removed from the network and required to undergo remedial training. A lack of basic piloting skills is defined as follows:

a. A repeated inability to establish and/or maintain headings as may be assigned by ATC;

b. A repeated inability to maintain altitude (which exceeds +/- 1,500 feet or +/- 460 meters of the altitude as may be assigned by ATC);

c. A repeated inability to maintain speed (which exceeds +/- 100 knots of the speed as may be assigned by ATC);

d. A repeated inability or unwillingness to contact and/or comply with valid ATC instructions;

e. A repeated practice of disrupting the flow of radio transmissions between ATC and other pilots (commonly referred to as ‘stepping on’ transmissions);

f. A repeated practice of logging on to the VATSIM network on an active runways rather than a ramp area.

This rule shall not apply to any member of VATSIM until such time as a minimum of thirty (30) days have passed from a member’s first login on the network. In addition, Rules B(11)(a-c) shall not apply to any member of VATSIM flying in uncontrolled airspace.

This section is not yet active, you will be informed in the near future of the activation date. This is just a chance for you to prepare yourselves for the eventuality of B11. We are currently building guidelines for controllers, supervisors, and DCRMs on the intent and scope of this section, along with guidance on administration of the referred pilots. We anticipate there will be some editing of the B11 section concerning parameters.
