many members had chimed in to help out, but i am unable to respond back

General forum is as it's name General forum.

Support forum is as it's name Support forum !

Therefore your massage removed to it's natural place.

VATIL rules allows any member which is a member of VATSIM to use these forums as well as VATSIM main forums.
