Dear crew,
Two days ago (Saturday - 30.12.17), after landing at LGRP, I have submitted my flight from LLBG through the SmartCars system. Nevertheless, I have got no record for my flight in the "my reports" page in the website.
I saw that you have requested from anyone who has experienced this kind of problem to contact you via this Email, however, there was no response...
Here is the relevant info about the incident:
Flight No: ELY5033
Pilot No: ELY403
Flight Time: About one hour
I would be thankful if you guys can help me and update the flight in the pirep page.
