When I had the scenery only listed under Israel, as I had it before, I got emails from people saying that parts of the scenery are not Israel. So I tried to keep both parties happy by listing it under Isreal and Palestine. But maybe I should move it under a section called "Israel and disputed areas". Hallo Robert, I heard about the dispute you had today with some of my Israeli country men and since I am the creator of the Jerusalem scenery I allow myself to contact you in that regard. By the way I also made the Northern Israel and Tel-Aviv sceneries. The importance of Jerusalem is for all human kind and all religions who truely believe in God and I tried very much to reflect this importance in my scenery. Judging by the reaction I recieve from the whole civilized world I succeeded in that. But beside the religious nature of Jerusalem, she is also the capital city of Israel, a fact that maybe some people can not accept. We as members of the non-political community of flight simulation hobbists should avoid by all means such disputes. Therefore I suggest that you either leave the scenery under "Israel" where it belongs (there is no Palestine State in existence yet) or open a special section called "the Holy Land" and put it there and under "Israel" as well. Refusing to add Jerusalem to your site is definitly a political act by itself. By the way, My wife's mother Friedelise Stern (born Knoringa from Groningen) escaped the Nazis but her parents and sister were deported from Amsterdam to Auchwitz and were murdered there in 1942. I always thought that the Dutch are friends of Israel but probably not any more. Not every protest by some Palestinian Arab should be regarded as "God's command". If flight simulation is so important to them - then please show me even one nice contribution made by them to our hobby. With best regards Seev kahn

I guess he knows about the arab-israeli conflict, as much as most of the participants on this forum would know about the UFF-RIRA conflict in Northern Ireland, or indeed, cares about it just as much I say, give the man a break all he's trying to do is provide a voulentry service for the community ///Michael
