Sorry for the english, ran out of battery on my laptop and am waiting to hear a lecture from a british airways F/O so no where to charge up anyway Oxford has 2 main progrems. APP- which is from 0 flight time untill you get all the licenses needed + ATPL Waypoint- Which takes you from the PPL (you allready got) through the ATPL which you do in ground school untill you finish all the licenses you need. You can go onto the Oxford web-site, it is pretty simple and self-explenetory, but dont hesitate to ask questions nir P.S is the BA lecture will be as intresting as it ought to I'll write about it tonight cheers!

There is only one progrem in Oxford that Includes the PPL Even if you do your PPL in the US (FAA) you are still going to need a conversion course to use it anywhere outside the US like I said it all depends on whats good for you If going from 0 flight time all the way through with one of the best academies in the world is what you think will get you into an airline then by all means go for it if you think youll be better off doing a PPL in some school in the US then got for THAT there is no one proven method that works for everyone you can also go to an academy in the US but then you will have to convert all of your licenses which is ofcourse more time more money more birocrecy etc...
Nir Gonen פורסם יוני 16, 2009 מחבר דיווח פורסם יוני 16, 2009 If you've got an FAA license you need to do a conversion course to fly in Israel I do not know what it involves because I have never flown in Israel, and dont plan on trying to apply for EL-AL / Israir/ Arkia.... I doubt a JAA license will require a conversion since the JAA license is (IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN AND SOMEONE CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG) the only license which is accepted worldwide!
