Can You Fix PM Problem On Vatil Forums?

Shalom and greetings tech support of VATIL forums,

 

Can you please see what you can do to fix the my forum account's private messaging problem?  It says "You are not allowed to use the private messaging system.".  A Vatil staff asked me to send him PM but he did not realize that I do not have access to private messaging system in my Vatil account.

 

Also,  I tried to post that question on support subforum of Vatil forums but it says I am not allowed to post questions on support subforum of Vatil forums.

I guess that's because you are tagged as a guest and not a VATIL member

????  I have been on VATIL forums for years with private messaging privileges in past. 

 

I will wait for VATIL administrators to fix this problem.
