Shalom and greetings all my pals May I suggest a new subforum of VATIL called "Come fly with me..." so that any person can post request for anyone to fly with him or her on vatsim? Good idea? Since I am in America which means I do not have opportunity to fly with EL AL virtual pilots because of time zone difference between EST time zone and Israeli time zone, so I am going to make first "Come fly with me..." post right here on Vatil!!! I would like to use one of official routes from EL AL virtual using 777-200ER to fly from a Greek island to LLBG this Wednesday night on March 31st at "sevenish" pm EST time zone (23:00z). Anybody interested in joining me for group flight? I am sure there are many Jewish American members of VATIL who can do this flight. Anybody? Thanks, Aharon

Tomer, Thanks for reply but I am in America, not in Europe or Israel and I like to participate in events from 7 pm EST to 11 pm EST. LLBG had non stop 3 day event which was great for me and my time zone!!! I wish there are LLBG and Eilat events that suit America's time zone as there are many American Jewish people and Israelis living in America!!!! Regards, Aharon

Shalom Yuval, Thanks for reply!! I do not see any announcements of major events for LLBG or Eilat airports every 2 or 3 weeks. Where can I find such announcements, please? I love vatsim airport events because I relish challenge of flying into extremely crowded airspace full of one hundred planes heading to same airport:):) It is possible that I must have missed announcements of LLBG or Eilat airport events happening every 2 or 3 weeks maybe because they are written in Hebrew, not English??? It would be nice if Vatil offers MONTHLY vatsim events starting at Israeli and European time zone and ending at midnight in EST (U.S.A.) time zone. Thanks Ran and Dor If EL AL 777-200ER flew non stop from LLBG to MTPP, then where did the plane get refueled for return trip? At KMIA??? Also, where did 747-200F get refueled for return trip? I know there was no fuel at MTPP on Friday and Saturday as well as one week afterward. Any info would be appreciated so that I am thinking of recreating the flights on FSX!! Thanks, Aharon

Shalom and greetings all!!! Would appreciate any information on Israel's relief flights from LLBG to MTPP. All I know is that they used two EL AL planes leaving LLBG two weeks ago on Thursday night for Friday arrival. I also was informed that one of two planes was EL AL cargo 742F from LLBG to KJFK (for refueling stop) to MTPP. What about the second plane? Where did it go from LLBG to? Was it 744 flying non stop from LLBG to MTPP or not? Any information would be appreciated!!! Any hyperlink to English language website detailing progress or news about those flights would be also gratefully appreciated I heard that EL AL plane left MTPP for non stop flight to LLBG. Is it correct? And what plane was that? And please reply in English as I do not speak Hebrew or Yiddish. Thanks, Aharon

I am sure there are some extremely talented texture painters among all of you members of Vatil. Can anyone please be kind enough to paint EL AL cargo livery without dirt details on POKSY 747-400ERF please? I can ask my pal Yarden Ben-Dor the most famous texture painter in Israel to paint but he does not paint freeware planes. He paints only payware planes. Thanks for your help. Aharon

All of you are going to laugh!!! Somebody did the EL AL Cargo livery paint on PMDG 747-400BCF this morning and posted on avsim!!! Can any talented painter PLEAASSSEEEEE do the same thing for POKSY 747-400BCF or 747-400ERF??? I prefer 747-400ERF please. So that I can fly relief cargo flights to Haiti. Aharon

Shalom and greetings all my pals, I have been flying lots of Vatsim flights from USA or Caribbean islands to MTPP at the rate of one per day. I would like to use EL AL for the flight to MTPP. Is there any fictional EL AL cargo livery on POKSY 747-400F or 747-400ERF or 747-400BCF?? I searched on avsim and flightsim websites but could not find. Maybe all of you Israeli buddies may know where to find?? I know there is livery for 747-200F but I want version 4 747-400F by POKSY please. A fictional EL AL cargo livery for freeware Overland MD-11 would be acceptable alternative. If there is Israeli air force livery for either of two planes (not 742), that would be appreciated too. I must be out of loop in Israeli air force news. :roll: :roll: :oops: :oops: I thought Israeli air force is using 707s or KC Stratocruisers as fuel tankers? I did not know they are using 767s as fuel tank planes?? Is 767 tanker freeware or payware? I avoid payware aircraft (no offense to all of you) Looks like it can be used for Haiti relief operations!! I have been flying lots of Vatsim flights to MTPP hauling relief cargo supplies to Haiti past 5 days!! Amir, is your VA free flight policy flying anywhere I want? If so, would you mind me making few 767 tanker plane flights from USA to MTPP hauling emergency fuel supplies to Haiti?? I am flying for four virtual airlines EL AL virtual, Canadian Virtual, Canadian Charters and Cargo virtual, and a Caribbean based virtual airline. I have 660 flight hours for Carribbean airline, about 475 or so hours for EL AL virtual, about 75 hours for Canadian Virtual, and few hours for the fourth airline. It would make me proud if I use your 767 tanker plane to fly emergency fuel supplies to MTPP from America if your VA's policies permit. Aharon Aharon
