TY Liaz did you have any issues running GDEMv2 patches FYI i didn't forget your request im completing LLSD up to Haifa Flatten these days i then plan on completing Kiryat Gat going south Arad will be covered in the next patch after this come out i though it will be nicer to showcase the work our guys did so far i have excluded default autogen objects from showing up any comments / preferences

TY Ittai !that's good to know i was getting the impression that not many are using GDEM v2 !Ive released five major patches for GDEM v2; not a single feedback or like members are either unaware of GDEM v2 patch/repairs thread; or simply afraid of change Ive put i so much work into these patches; they are meticulously done its just a shame if they aren't being used

i realized that many of you are are still hung up about GDEMv2 mesh on a personal note; SRTM9 was never repaired to half the extent i have repaired GDEMv2 thus far; and it never will be for all of you out there still on the fence here's the current map of all repaired and flattened area's as it stands now for GDEMv2 LLBG, LLSD, LLOV, LLET, LL59, LLEK, LLHS are all covered and working with GDEMv2 properly all patch's are posted and updated on GDEMv2 file Repository thread

ORBX trick is to place trees and bushes everywhere; it seems to brings out the 3D feel what we got going so far is much better and accurate the only thing they have going there is higher quality photoreal imagery; in the few selective edited pics they posted up close; the objects look cartoonish; Vatil's Developers work is much better

i want to bring to everyone's attention !the patches im releasing for GDEMv2 are also compatible with SRTM mesh i don't use, develop or test them under SRTM but they essentially will render the areas the same way under GDEMv2 or SRTM mesh

id love to join; but i need a chaparral i can prob figure out the route but i find it almost impossible at this point for me to control the Heli and run inflight instrumentation there's no autopilot; therefore i cant take my hand off the cyclic at any given time ?anyone wants to schedule a Heli flight together
