You can download databases with that information from this site: http://www.navdata.at/ they vary in format according to the flight sim add on they are intended for, though they all contain the same information. You'll need to pay if you are interested in something that's more up to date than june 06 (as you can guess its related to the demise of the DAFIF site) Not sure how well that will serve your purpose , but AFAIK its the only available source of information you can get for a reasonable price

AFAIK there's no one single source to cover the entire world. Now I'm not quite sure what is it that you need. charts or raw numerical data?

Not really related. Routefinder" is an automated" route generator. It has a reasonable algorithm to splice airways but an algorithm no less, so its not the most accurate tool. Use it only when you have no better reference if you want a more realistic route

Yes, the product started actually as a freeware project back in the days of FS2000. The panel was supposed to be Bill Grabowskys next offering after the ERJ 145 panel

וואלה? את זה לא ידעתי. אם ככה, אז באמת כל הכבוד להם (נו, הרי אמרתי שאני לא מדפדף הרבה בפורום שלהם) מההתרשמות שלי, לא נתקלתי בבעיות שנותרו ללא מענה בסופו של דבר. לגבי תפעול, PMDG הוציאו (ומוציאים) מדריכים מצוינים - מעבר למנואל שבא עם ההתקנה. שווה לקרוא גם אם אין לך את המוצר. לגבי שעונים וחיבור לקוקפיט - לחלוטין לגיטימי מבחינתך! לגמרי לא רלבנטי ל 99% מהמשתמשים. בסופו של חשבון - הרי אין בינינו ויכוח. הנקודה שלי היתה, שאין טעם לבכות עד לב שמיים אם ברגע שיוצא תוסף כולם (כמעט) מתיצבים כמו טאטאלך ומוכנים לשלם כל מחיר. לצערי זה ברור גם לחבר'ה של PMDG

רן, רק להבהיר - אין לי דבר וחצי דבר נגד LDS. נהפוך הוא! הבעיה היחידה היא בעית תמחור והאשמה כולה בקהל הצרכנים לכן צעקות הגוועלד נראות לי תמוהות. מה זה "תמיכה ותמורה"? איזו תמיכה אתה צריך עבור מוצר טוב, נטול באגים שמגיע עם דוקומנטציה מקיפה? נכון שיותר נחמד אם אתה מקבל יחס , תגובה מהירה ואדיבה וכו'. השאלה היא האם זה בראש סולם העדיפויות. לא זוכר כמה פעמים ביקרתי בפורום התמיכה שלהם (או של LDS) - פשוט לא נזקקתי לו. יש תוסף, די רציני, super coolsky. אספן אויורדבאקן - המפתח, בחור סופר נחמד שמשתדל, באמת משתדל לתת שרות טוב. אפעס, זה לא ממש עוזר לי אם למוצר יש מספר כשלים עקרוניים שהוא והצוות לא מסוגלים לפתור. הבעיה עם התמחור של PMDG היא, ראשית, שאין להם מתחרים (LDS לצורך העניין היא one trick pony) ושנית שאנשים ילכו שבי אחר כל hype ולא יהססו לשלם גם אם המחיר גבוה. צודק! לא מוצא חן בעינך ( או בעיני)? תצביע עם הארנק! בפראפראזה ממשפט אחר - האמריקאים מבינים רק כסף. הבעיה, ושנינו יודעים זאת - שכמות המצביעים לא תעבור את "אחוז החסימה" עד אז- PMDG ימשיכו להתיחס ללקוחות כמו לאותם אנשי רומא במחזה של שייקספיר " You blocks, you stones, you worse than senseless things" PS למה שלא יעשו זאת אם הם יודעים מראש שהצרכנים יתדפקו על דלתותיהם?? אגב, מחשב חדש ל757 (FSX only) שלהם כבר קנית?

This is totaly unrelated! Those who wish to steal will do so wether it costs 20,50 or 70 euros. The problem in this case is not the price but the fact one can get away with it. BTW, I believe that LDS had made a similar decision regarding their 757. P.S As long as "PMDG" or "LDS" are chanted as holy mantras, there's no reason why they won't regard simmers as " You blocks, you stones, you worse than senseless things"

Ran, The bottleneck is probably the cpu (and memory if you have less than 2 Gigs) Donno if my 1950 pro (512) is significantly better but my observation so far was that I can cranck up some sliders related to visual quality without a significant impact on the otherwise low frames. In other words, you can improve the visual quality somewhat but don't expect any miracles when it comes to performence. On Avsims forums there seem to be quite few who report a significant improvement with SP1 , however , they all have a top notch system.

ומה מונע "להטיס" כבדים יותר? הכל עניין של בחירה. אין שום בעיה לטוס מ A ל B מבלי להבין דבר וחצי דבר מהעקרונות והמערכות. אין בעיה לדקלם צ'קליסטים מבלי להבין מה עומד מאחוריהם. במקרה כזה אמנם, אתה ממצה רק אחוז זעום מהפוטנציאל הטמון ב "סימ". שוב, עניין של בחירה - משחק או כלי לימוד בלי בסיס של פיזיקה, אירודינאמיקה , מכניקה ועקרונות ניווט הכל משחק של הזזת כפתורים עיוורת (או על פי רשימה - קרי צ'קליסט)
